Hey, one of my Japanese friends was kind enough to translate all of the cards for me. If you follow the following link, you will see translations for all 9 of these promos.Translations. [New Pokémon Cards]

Hey I went on a YahooAuction found these and got them!!! Ok well I have been asking a ton of people about them and from what I know, these cards are from the Pokémon Gold and Silver paks (I have the ROMs, and basics shown are choices that you have.), and here are the attacks that I have acquired from The Pojo. •NEW Neo Card!!• [NEW Neo Card]

I don't have much news on this since I cannot find a translator,
but from where I got the image (The Pojo) it is another NEO
card, part of the new color that is coming out in a new
expansion in Japan. The pokemon that is featured on this card
is another new Pokémon that is in Pokémon Gold & Silver,
which is a Seed Type, and is named Nyuura
